I have a Dimension 8250 with the 64 MB GeForce MX 420 board with TV Out.

 

I installed SP2 over this past weekend, and the only driver that will install is the original that was on the PC when I got it.  If I try to install the update Windows recommends, or the current version from the Nvidia site (6.1.7.7), it fails and I get a yellow mark in device manager, the message is "device failed to start".

 

Some of my applications are distinctively slow, others just don't look right.

 

Any ideas??
