XPS System Restore Disks?

When I received my XPS 400 a couple of days ago, I noticed there were no system restore or OS CDs shipped with it (I did receive a nice EMPTY CD case though).  I called customer service and the not very helpful person who answered the phone insisted I could make the CDs from the system.  I can find no method of doing this.  I did look in the online manual which does have a section about a utility that will allow me to create an OS CD, however this utility does not appear to exist on my system.  What do I do?

Well, never mind.   I just got off the phone with Dell Support, with a little insistence they agreed to send me a CD.

The Dell OS Recovery Utility is available on Dimension computers that were shipped between December 15, 2004 and July 15, 2005 and on Inspiron computers between January 10, 2005 and July 15, 2005.

Using Dell PC Restore utility is faster than CD.
