xps13 windows 10 1809 update not there
Is anyone else still waiting for the 1809 update please? I checked the status page at https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4464619/windows-10-update-history but none of the issues there appear to apply

Microsoft is having some problems with its servers right now. They may be changing some procedures and going through that process.
The 1809 update has been out for quite a while but some systems are still not getting it. I don't know why your particular system is not getting it but you could go the the Media Creation tool site and download and install it directly, unless you might feel the update is being withheld for a reason.
Be ready for problems with Wi-Fi and Sound since many folks seem to be having such problems.

Thanks very much - OK perhaps I wont bother with it and wait and see a bit longer. 1904 will be out soon or whatever it will be called!
