Need help, trying to push a schedualed task.

Is there a way to do a scheduled reboot from the WDM or create a packet with the scheduled task to push out to the devices?
All the devices are write protected so when they run out of free memory they reboot. Getting users to reboot the devices is a constant struggle and I noticed while working on one, the user didn't even take 2 seconds to read the warning message that the device would reboot in less then a minute. No sooner did the warning popup, the user closed it. So we need to set the devices to reboot late at night while few people are working.
