DELL Wyse 3040 Boot loop

Hello,

When I take new DELL Wyse 3040s out of the box and connect them to our network or reset existing devices to factory defaults, they are in a boot loop. What could be the cause?

The latest messages in the log are:
Invalid statement: Swap
Error during validation of the file server
locale/German.msg: Connection time exceeded
Screen1: 0x6d1e, 0x5a4d] 24BK55 Week(9) Year(20196)
