Update WLAN Driver

Hi

We have some problems with the Wyse D10DP and the Xirrus WLAN. Sometimes ( 2 - 3 Times a day) the Clients looses the connection to the RPD-Server. The Signal strengh is ok and after reconnecting everything works ok. The Xirrus-Support suggests to update the wlan driver. In the log's they find the following hint: connectivity alarm: driver revision failures (rev. < 14.0), 1 is greater than threshold of 0.

We've installed the actual WTOS on the device ( 8.1_027).

How can we update the WLAN Driver to satisfy the Xirrus Support?

Thanks for the help!

Claudio

Claudio,

you may want to contact our support department self-service center at www.wyse.com/kb or by phone in the US is 1-800-800-9973 option 4. For other countries, go to www.wyse.com/support. WTOS does not provide the capabilities to add drivers, so it would have to be evaluated by our engineering department.
