WMS - Citrix Workspace Logs?

Hi All,

Wasn't sure where to put this thread, figured WMS was a good place to start, it crosses over to Dell and Wyse TC's as well.

I have a bunch of thin clients running ThinOS (9.4.1141) run by WMS (4.0 526) using Citrix Workspace (23.2.0.10.4), I've been looking to get Windows Media Redirection working in a Citrix farm after enabling the policies in WMS and in the Citrix farm. Most video files look to do client-side redirection fine, others it's still server-side processing although the codecs all look the same. 

Questions:

- Are there codecs managed by WMS that can be pushed to clients (Looks to be set and forget from the client side when enabled)? 

- Can WMS pull application specific logs from applications (I've pulled the device logs, but guessing there will be more Citrix logs indicating the fault of the failed redirection)?

I've had a read through the support articles and WMS manual, figured it was a fairly common setup process but havent found too much.

For Citrix CWA you can get additional logs by going to the device

Settings, System Tools> Packages, Citrix Workspace App, Click on Advanced, 

No Events found!
