Cannot connect with Galaxy S4

Just upgrade from Motorola Razr HD to Samsung Galaxy S4 and am unable to connect with the S4, with the RAZR HD, no problem. My settings are the same and am trying to connect to the same computers. Using VNC not RDP. Get message "Could not connect to server."
