Cannot log on

I am testing Pocket Cloud which I haven't used in a LONG time. While at my computer with android phone in hand my phone can see my computer I can see the opening Vista screen but it still says user name or password are incorrect. Even the widget with the mouse and keyboard come up but I cannot get in to my computer. What am I doing wrong? I've tried my gmail address and gmail password, my gmail address and computer password I even created a new Pocket Cloud password because I wasn't sure of my old one but nothing has worked. Please help.
