Dynamic DNS settings

I have a dynamic IP address from my ISP so I cannot simply use the ip address in pocket cloud or I would have to keep changing it.
I have set up a dynamic DNS service which I know works because I can connect from my laptop when outside the network. However if I put these settings into pocketcloud for android I get "cannot connect"

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?
