I solved the problem. Installer cannot start Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Setup. So the main problem is about MSVCRedist. for fix this issue download Microsoft fix tool from http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;946414. After you run fix tool, restart the computer then reinstall the Wyse Pocket Cloud.
I am having the same problem with Windows 7. None of these solutions resolves the problem.
I used v2.2 what else can I do?
What steps have you taken so far to try and resolve the issue? Please completely uninstall the application and then re-download and install fromwww.wyse.com/pocketclouddownload.
