Did you install PocketCloud Windows Companion on your PC? If yes, did you sign in with you Gmail Account into this Windows Companion? Ones you do this, then you Launch PocketCloud on Android device and sign in with same Gmail account into Auto Discovery. You'll see your PC :-)
I did exactly that and it still does not connect. its stuck on step 2 on my phone and yes i have installed the program on the laptop and yes i signed in with gmail on both. i also changed the remote settings as per the troubleshooting page.
