My computer list is empty
My computer list is empty
I used pocketcloud free for Android for a lot of time and i think that it's the best software for remote control through rdp.
But now it stopped working: it starts normally but it doesn't show my preset in mycomputer list.
I tried to clear the connection and to configure again from the beginning but nothing happens: the computer list remains empty.
I disinstalled and re-installed pocketcloud without success.
Can you help me?
My smartphone is a Samsung note with android 4.4.2
Thanks in advance and excuse for my imperfect english

Having same problem with PRO version of Pocketcloud (android version) ... Seems to have started failing today .. The list of configured computers is empty.
I added a new definition and after saving it the list was still empty.
Repeated the ADD action and then all old sessions and the 2 new sessions appeared in the list, and could be used.
Unfortunately after deleting the extra new definitions the list again showed no entries.
Repeating the above had no effect.
At the moment I can no longer see or use any of my RDP sessions
PS> Uninstall/reinstall had no effect on the problem.
PPS> All my definitions are manual definitions.
OK ... Have been trying things.
I noticed that the list would sometimes reappear unexpectedly but disappear again after stopping and starting the app.
Suspected a long and unpredictable delay may be occurring before the list was displayed.
Sometimes network activity can cause unexpected delays so I switched off wifi and mobile data.
As soon as the app has no network access the list appears instantly.
Turn connectivity back on and all is good.
This is a bit of a worry especially in an app that supports RDP !! ... what sort of network access is required before showing us the connection list ?
I suppose something else could be causing a lockout .. or even a virus .. but my system scans clean with AVG.
Some comment from Pocketcloud people would be nice at this stage.

Same problem with empty computer list
Same problem with empty computer list. Tried removing all connections and recreate computer connection but not displaying in list. Computer connection must be there as trying to add another connection brings up notice to upgrade to Pro for multiple configured connections.

Confirmed emgeep's finding. If I switch phone to airplane mode then start PocketCloud, computer list works as expected. Then I can switch airplane mode off and connect to a computer in the list. If I start PocketCloud with network connection available, computer list is always empty.

I can confirm if I disable data trafik, wifi or do flight mode. Then the list gets back. Problem seems to happen when app do some pre network activity.

2 min delay on RDP connections appearing
I find that when I open Pocketcloud Pro on my Android phone there is a 2 min delay before my previously created manual RDP connections show up

I'm having the same issue with Pro. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S5 running Kitkat. I have three connections - used to be done but now dissappear. If I create one or two new bogus connections then my list may reappear.

We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.

same here but not for all devices
It seems to exhibit this behaviour on my HTC One M8, Android 4.4.3, but as gwilsonb mentioned, the manual connection does return after about 2 minutes. However, on my Asus Transformer TF101 tablet, Android 4.0.3, PocketCloud still works as usual.
