No android tool bar - poor e-mail support

Greetings,
I was a very happy user of Pocketcloud for IOS. So when I got an android tablet, I went and purchased pocketcloud for Android. I am running Android 4.0.4 on an Aluratek AY007F tablet.

I have contacted e-mail support MANY times with this issue. Other than a request for additional information (which I supplied twice), and an inacurate reply, I have not gotten any answer that makes sense.

I am very familiar with how pocketcloud should work given my IOS use for at least a few years. I understand that there are some differences between IOS and Android, I deal with them in many apps. But apps should both work on both platforms.

When I installed it on android, it did "work". However there was no toolbar/toolbox...whatever it is called at the bottom that had the additional functionality. Now support's reply was "to use the menu button to access features"....however the three dot android menu button is NOT THERE in the android app on my tablet. They had no response for that.

So all I can use is the magnifier pointer circle. And of course gestures. No file transfer, etc. I cannot even exit the app. elegantly. I just have to close out of it.

Any help would be appreciated. Like I said, I have been very disappointed with online/email support.
