PocketCloud on Android will not connect to Remote Computer.

Question

PocketCloud on Android will not connect to Remote Computer. PocketCloud is installed on both the Android and the Desktop PC. When trying to remote the Desktop from the Droid a message displays that the remote computer is not online, but it is. Any reason or solution how to get this to work properly? I have it installed on various different devices (ipod, ipad, etc.) but i czant get it to work with the Android.

Hi,

Logout from Auto Discovery in PocketCloud
Reboot Android device
Please check if you have internet connection on Android device, see if you can brows any websites.
Launch PocketCloud and login again with your gmail account

On PC please try to re-login into windows Companion
