Problem PocketCloud PC Compagnion

Hello, i have acquire pocketcloud for android

I have a problem with an installation of PocketCloud PC Compagnion 2.3.7 on windows 7 ultimate 64 bits with Administrator's session, when i launch the install, I have the result :

Configuring user privileges : failed.

How to fix this problem for pocketcloud for android.
