Trouble loading

I have the VPN connection okay. When I click on it I get a WYSE loading thing turning in circles. Then "loading pocketcloud. RDP session disconnected" comes up and the two options are EXIT or RECONNECT. neither works. I can not get it to work. Can anyone help.
