VNC password wrong?????????????

Running VNC Server Personal Version P4.6.1 (r54321). Installed Wyse PocketCloud on Kindel Fire. I keep getting "VNS password wrong." I am typing the correct password into PocketCloud. I have checked all other settings and they are correct. The server is accessible from other PCs on the network using VNC.
