Wildfire Problem

So, I'm a first time user. Did the connection and everything and it all went smooth. After the connection, I opened the application, it showed my computer name. 

I clicked on it and all it shows is the PocketCloud icon in full screen. I think there is something below which is not being displayed since my phone is a low res one. 

Any way I can get this to work?
