Windows login problem

When I connect to my PC (Windows XP Pro) from my Android Tablet (running Android 2.3 OS), I get a window asking me to "Log in to Windows" and supplying a field for my user name and a password. I assume this is to enter a domain name and the appropriate password. As a single user, I am not part of a domain nor do I have a password to access my PC.

Additionally, I have no means to type any information into my Android, as no input keyboard facility is initiated.

Can you help, please?
