Operating system not supported
Operating system not supported
When i try to download the pocket cloud companion, sometimes i get a message that says it cant save the file, and other times I get the message that the operating system is not supported. I read the credentials, and i don't under stand the RDP or VNC stuff. I have Windows 7

This issue happens when your computers operating system is not up to date. You will need to update your computer to use the latest service pack. Here is a list of the supported operating systems:
Windows XP/2003 32 bit SP3 or greater
Windows XP/2003 64 bit SP2 or greater
Windows Vista SP2 or greater
Windows 2008 R2 SP1 or greater
Windows 7 SP1 or greater
Windows 8
Windows 8.1
Windows 8 Pro (we do not support Windows 8RT)
