RDP server 2008 will not connect

RDP server 2008 will not connect

We just installed a new Terminal Services server (hardware and software) with Win Server 2008 (NOT R2) I have several PocketCloud for iPhone and iPad users and none of them can connect. The message is as below.

PocketCloud Pro
RDP Session Disconnected
Exit (or) Reconnect

The above is true whether on the LAN via wireless or outside the LAN (home offices.)

I found out by accident that if a user is logged into the TS on the LAN on a PC, the iPad will connect. Once he logged out on his PC I got the same "Disconnected" message as above.

We should support both modes. Can you try turning on "Accept All Certificates" in the PocketCloud Security Settings?

Chris-thanks for the tip. I had tried that in the beginning with no result, but here's what we eventually found out. ON the new installation of TS 2008, when we installed a SSL cert, it automatically bumped up the security to the SSL level form the client compatible level. Once we returned it to the client compatible level we were OK. But...I had to restart the PocketCloud client once or twice on each device before it would connect.
Thanks for your help

Try toggling the NLA switch. Dose that resolve your issue? Would it be possible for you to setup a demo account for us?

Thanks,

Chris
