Wallpaper not applied on BDB0_7064 firmware version (WMS1.2)

Any idea about why last BDB0_7064 firmware for D90D7/5010 is slow as **bleep** and don´t apply wallpapers policies, unlike older firmwares?

More details:
Some machines were updated to 7064 firmware while others still remain in a very old firmware version. All are joined to WMS 1.2 with WDA 14.2.0.51. The older ones have no problem while the updated ones apply every policy but the wallpaper related. On those wyse machines, once completely booted, there´s an open window of "Personalization" (Control Panel) with an unsaved and not applied theme which contains the selected wallpaper in WMS 1.2. So you can just apply it and close that windows, but obviously those are actions which must be done automatically. It´s so annoying!
