Dell 5070, NLA enabled

From Dell 5070 thin client when changing password using RDP to Windows 2022 RDS, user is getting the following, RDP[“server name”]: Require Network Layer Authentication.  NLA is enabled. This only happens when a user is required to change their password. This could be 1st time logon or required password change. Once the password is changed authentication is not a problem.  Users can change their password when it is not required by the OS.  I can only test this using Dell Wyse Thin Clients.

We did not have this problem using Windows 2012r2.
