TS Redirect USB Printer no persistent

What can I do to make the USB printer connect to the T10 persist on the RDP session? Every time the user logs off it loses the connection to the TS000(LPT1) [038;039;040...] port.

I tried to "net use LPT3 \\T10-IP\LPT1" on my RDP session but it didn't work
