I want a reboot disk

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Then define a "reboot disk".
EG: A disk, as in DVD (CD or similar), USB flash drive etc etc.
Now what should be on this 'disk', W10 or W11 or ??????????
