does any body know how to upload the OS in this particular unit, this unit has been to a major virus problem and its been to a deletion process. I need to re-install OS how do I do that?

Verify the "Product ID" and go to www.yse.com/downloads to get the correct firmware. Since you say it has been "Virus infected" you are probably talking about a C90LEW, C90LE or C90LE7. You will also need the USB firmware tool, which can be downloaded at http://marketing.dell.com/t2d-wyse .
