Activating Windows

I have a situation where i have  Optiplex 3000 Thin Client Pentium with built in windows key, problem is those thin clients do not have access to internet, how can i activate Windows with out internet access?

One way is i manually enter proxy and then run in cmd:  "slmgr /ato", is there a faster way i have to do this for 300 TC-s?
