Black & White Screenshots
Hello,
I work in the IT team for a Charity in the UK.
We use the Wyse Tx0 thin clients within citrix.
One of our user's is having issues when taking a screenshot. It comes out Black & White - I do not mean greyscale only two colours, Black and White.
Please see screenshot below -
I have blurred out some information for data protection.

This is normally not a thin client issue, but in order to determine what the problem might be, you can tell me a little bit more about what you r user is doing and the model of the thin client you are using.
Are you connecting to a Server using RDP or ICA?
Are you using a broker? If yes. which one?
Are you using the screenshot through VNC?
What is the name of the screenshot application? Have you verified that it's set for color?
