Circumaural Headset for P25

Currently using a Zero P25 with JABRA UC™ VOICE 150 MS DUO headset.  This is a supraaural headset, that sits on my ear.  Hours of use a day makes this a very uncomfortable headset.  I'm looking for a circumaural headset (padding goes around the ear) that is compatible with this unit using VMWare and Teradici PCoIP.

Any suggestions?  I would really appreciate any ideas because this headset is killing me!
