P25 configuration menu access while operating
P25 configuration menu access while operating
Wondering if there is a way to access and edit configuration settings on a P25 while the VM is running without disrupting the VM.
Does anybody know a method, or if it is even possible?

Just to update, yes there is a way that was discovered so I thought I'd come back to update my post. You can get to the P25s through a web browser using the IP address assigned to it. This was a little tricky since we are using DHCP with ours, but as long as you know the MAC address of the device then you can get the IP from the Wyse device management console, then just type that IP into a web browser.
There are actually far more configuration options through the browser than there are available directly through the configuration utility built into the P25. You also have the option to force a reboot right then, or make the change now and allow a reboot at a later time that will not affect user productivity.
The only configuration setting that you can not adjust through the web browser is the resolution setting, that has to be done on the device itself, but once that's set you'll have full control remotely with the browser.
