how to remove XPS 730 front bezel

I removed the left side and top/bottom/middle screws, but there seem to be at least 4 right side screws difficult to access.  I hope there is no need to remove the fixed panel to reach those screws.

seems to be a difficult service procedure of one needs to access the front IO and power button assembly.
