Keyboard not found error upon wakeup from power save mode.
My 2016 XPS8900 suddenly won’t come on because I get a screen that says: Alert keyboard not found. This screen only lasts for a few seconds then I get a message that says entering power save mode. Then it goes back to the Alert No Keyboard Found Screen. From that screen I ran the “diagnostics” and no errors were found. The system Bios is 2.8.0.

Always include version of Windows in your posts. If Win 10, did you recently update to a new build, eg to v2004 or the newest version, v20H2?
Have you tried a different keyboard and/or a different rear USB2 port? If it's a wireless keyboard, have you replaced the batteries lately?
Might be a Power setting...
Open Device Manager and expand list under USB. Double-click each USB entry and click its Power Management tab, if it has one. Uncheck the box "Allow PC to turn off...". Repeat for all USB entries.
Now expand list under Human Interface Devices in Device Manager and uncheck that same box for any HID entry that has a Power Management tab. Exit Device Manager when done.
Next, open the Windows Power & Sleep screen. Click Additional Power Settings. On next screen identify the active Power plan and click Change Plan Settings. On next screen, click Change Advanced Power Settings.
On that last screen, disable Hibernation, Hybrid Sleep, USB Selective Suspend, and PCI Express Link State Management. Save the changes to the Power plan and reboot.
