KM7120W multi-device wireless keyboard and mouse combo
When I want to scroll down the page jumps up then scrolls down. I tried updating the driver but it said the best driver was already installed. I moved the dongle to another port. No solution there. Cleaned the mouse and put new batteries in. What do I do now?

Based on your report, its defective and a new keyboard/mouse is needed.
If you still have Dell warranty/extended warranty contact support. If not start looking for replacement.

I did a thorough cleaning of the mouse inside and out with isopropyl alcohol. It's not perfect but It's vastly improved. A minor glitch here and there is ok.
