Mouse and PC freezing
Since doing a clean install of Win 10 19043 my mouse freezes for a few seconds almost every time I go to use it. (I replaced the batteries. Didn't help).
And I am getting a 1 to 2-second flicker where the screen goes black for a second or 2 whenever I click on anything.
No Events found!

Did you remember to load all the drivers in order and specifically the chipset drivers? If that does not help you could revert back to the prior Windows 10 version to confirm that it is the system and not a problem with the new Windows version.

Thanks for your help.
Chipset and all drivers are all installed. Thought maybe someone else had this problem and found a fix. Must be my PC and not windows 10.
