Studio XPS 7100, PSU help
I have to replace the psu on my Dell studio xps 7100 Iand I have the replacement to install however I'm not sure where to plug one plug can I get some help it's a 6 pin plug p7 p8 3yellow 3 black wires

The STUDIO XPS 7100 is standard EPS12v power supply.

Might help if you tell us which new PSU you're installing...
A 6-pin connector could be a PCIe power connector that many newer video cards require. If your video card doesn't need a 6- or 8-pin direct connection to the PSU (eg, gets all its power from the PCI-e slot), you can just leave the 6-pin unconnected.
Just make sure that connector doesn't interfere with any fans, rest on anything hot, etc.
