Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Lots of drivers are giving that MI compatibility error. So just leave Memory Integrity disabled. Microsoft recommends not to disable or uninstall software to resolve the conflict.
If you know what software is using VM31bx64.sys (eg, what folder it's in on your drive), contact the software or hardware manufacturer for updated drivers or another solution.
