@PBIAV We can't help much unless you post the exact PC model and version of Windows.
Did you try disconnecting all USB devices except mouse and keyboard?
Did you recently install any new software or hardware?
If you reboot and start tapping F12, does the menu open? If it opens, select the option to run the diagnostics and run all of them, including RAM and full drive tests. Copy error message(s), if any...
What model is this? What happened before you rebooted? Are you comfortable disconnecting devices? Start with disconnecting your boot drive the drive could be bad and it could be a NVME drive. You will have to read your Manuel. Just ignore the Dell-Cares bot they are no help if your system is out of warranty. They will harass you every time even after they know your out of warranty.
