XPS 8500, cannot access bios setting

Hi all,

First of all ... good day everyone.

First day to join the community since I bought the XPS8500 on 2012.

Folks, I need your expertise on my XPS8500 problem.

Last Monday of this week, I tried to update the latest Microsoft KB for window 10 pro then the next day I got black screen when power on my PC. I tried to access the BIOS (as press F2 prior the desktop power up), and verify all component (RAM, Devices, Boot sequence, ...), then exit without saving since nothing change on the BIOS and let PC restart ... everything went fine.

On the last Wednesday, it happened again ... cannot boot up my PC, I cannot access to BIOS setup screen even press F2 key. I tried as the suggestion for BIOS recovery (unplug everything and leave only mouse-keyboard-monitor and change the new motherboard's battery), then be able to access "window access advance startup" ... then able to restore point of the last working status ... then everything went fine and I did a backup system image. :BigSmile:

Last night, PC failed to boot again ... and even though I cannot access to BIOS any more by pressing F2 key (as unplug everything or reset the jumper for Bios as I did on Wednesday) ... meaning the Bios screen turn to white screen after 1 second, and I cannot access to the "window access advance startup" in order to restore system image. :Crying:

BTW, there is nothing upgrade on my XPS8500 and it still use the BIOS A12. Is there a way to flash the Bios with latest version A14 ?
