XPS 8930, liquid cooling?

Before you venture into this, none of the Dell configurations require liquid cooling. The stock blower, CPU fan, heatsinks will suffice. So are you planning on removing the validated Dell hardware and adding retail CPU or video card which might require liquid cooling? Good thread here. I would say "try a Corsair H80iv2" but there is not any room inside for a radiator nor is there an exhaust fan so probably you could install another heatsink

I tried to liquid cool my Optiplex 9010 but the radiator won't fit.

1. See how it looks on Aurora-R7. Where was another thread. Pretty sure we came to the conclusion that only way was to mount radiator outside the case (maybe on the back or something).

2. About like any other case. You can install small pieces of filter-material, but then you have to remember to change them.
