XPS 8950, CPU cooler height limit
Checked the discussion here, the height limit is about 145mm for 8950.
I want to replace Noctua NH-D12L. It is exactly 145mm. So, is it really fit this case?

Finally, I tried install NH-D12L today. It fit 8950. Like other posts, I have to buy M3x20 screws to install the mount. Temperature down 10 degree+ on idle.
However, I don't know why it can't detect fan speed even the original fan.

DH12 is too tall.
be quiet! Shadow Rock Tf 2 is also too tall
be_quiet bk03 dark_rock tf2 fits with one fan removed.

There is room for 3 fans 2 in front 1 rear
3x Be Quiet Silent Wings 3 120mm PWM High-Speed case Fan's
BL066 SILENTWINGS 1450RPM B01JMEDDYY
Keep in mind however DELL Fans are 4000 RPM so if you run tests it will fail for non dell fans.
Be quiet Dark Rock TF2 cooler requires removing one fan to fit with case closed.

I have been running the top fan on my Be Quiet Dark Rock TF2 in my 8950, no issues with clearance and the cover.
