Service Tag not recognized? New XPS 6700 AIO.

If purchased direct from Dell, note that it can take up to 10 days for a new tag to show up in Dell's database.
If purchased from a third party (non-authorized reseller or private seller), contact the seller for the system's history.

And if you purchased it at a "big box" store, you need to complete the retail registration form yourself.
