XPS 8930, Qualcom QCA 9377 Bluetooth range

You do not need a new computer. The Bluetooth dropouts are a known issue with the Qualcomm QCA9377 card and its internal antenna. You can fix this by performing a hard power reset, purchasing an inexpensive USB Bluetooth adapter, or swapping the internal wireless card for a reliable Intel AX210.

Thanks.  I have ordered a TP-Link UB500 that I should get soon.  If there is one that you would recommend, I'd love to hear it. Is it hard to replace the internal wireless card? Is it a plugNPlay situation or needs configuration?

Replacing an internal wireless card is generally not recommended for beginners. It involves opening your laptop, handling extremely delicate, pin-sized antenna cables, and dealing with potential compatibility locks in your BIOS.

Thanks Radwan.  My system is actually a desktop computer. But I will wait to get my Tp-Link adapter and try that firs before I change the internal card.  I am also thinking of getting an USB extender cable and move the dongle away from the PC.  I have some that are (10) years old, so I think I should get new ones.  My only issue now is that from all I read they say USB3.0 interferes with the dongle a lot and my XPC8930 only has USB3.0 slots.

Radwan, the tombs up is blue and the "Marked as accepted Answer" is checked.  You don't see them as Accepted? BTW, the hard power shot down didn't work. The signal improved a little and it weakened again. So, I am waiting for the dongle to arrive. 
The intel internal card is for Bluetooth and WIFI both right? (Just thinking ahead)😁
