9310 screen flickers when the power supply is connected
XPS 13 9310
Hello everybody.
I've a xps 9310 and i notice screen flickering when ac adapter is on. It happens every 2/3 minutes and i can see it when i'm on a screen with light colours.
I have called the custumers care and we tried to disable the adaptive brightness control and update the driver. Nothing has changed.
While i trying to change some settings in BIOS i noticed screen flickering everytime i switch screen..just a moment before the hourglass appears. I made a slowmotion video, you can see the fist part, before the passage of my hand, with the AC on...the second part with battery.

I do think I see what you're talking about. Does this issue only occur in the BIOS or in Windows as well?

Have you ran BIOS and/or SupportAssist diagnostics? If they both passed, try resetting your BIOS to defaults and seeing if the issue persists. Also, is the power supply you are using the original OEM supply that came with the laptop?

So your problem is solved? If so, mark the appropriate reply as the solution.
