Activate windows watermark causes mouse input delay !!!

Question

Hi. So my mouse sensitivity in Fortnite becomes sluggish/delayed I tried everything reinstall my GPU, disable mouse acceleration, and much more.so now I noticed activate windows watermark randomly pops up in my game so I can see it even tho I'm running in fullscreen mode and when this thing happens it causes huge mouse input lag/delay I can tell even on desktop. The watermark disappears whenever I restart the computer and the delay is gone, I'm so triggered cause I need to restart my game every time. it's hard to restart every time because it happens middle of the game and I'm playing competitively. please help me .thank you!

@windowswatermark didn't get any response and I am still facing the watermark issue.
