Advanced Resolutions
6 IT requests, one tech falls asleep, identify problem admits it can’t be fixed, same issue, 2 on-site repairs, issue persists, 33 emails with “Advanced Resolutions”. Still not fixed.
6 months later, out of warranty, 100’s of photos, 2 videos of techs admitting fault, “Advanced Resolutions” we apologize for your opinion… What? Is there anyone else? Is this it? $6k, proof, techs admitting fault on video, it’s my opinion…
