Audio/display problems with doc

Hi, we have standardized on XPS line at our small company of ~45 users.  The largest complaint concerns blanking display monitors and audio going dead during calls or when switching between Zoom, Teams and Skype.  The typical user has a XPS 13 9315 or XPS 15 9530 with Dell WD-22 or WD-19 dock and eternal monitor.     Most use USB headphones.   All Windows and Dell drivers are up to date. the problem seems to occur mostly when docked.  Is there anything special I can check?  It such an intermittent problem it's hard to solve via tech support.  I am thinking of returning to the latitude line for new machines.
