Bitlocker after Bios update
XPS 15 7590
BitLocker got activated after a bios update and i can't gain access to my laptop (XPS 15) anymore. I tried all solutions i have found, bios downgrade, safe mode disabled, windows custom installation, TPM disabled, ..... but still same problem. I contacted Windows and they said that they can't do match because it's Dell fault because they updated the bios and i contacted Dell support and they said that it's windows responsibility ( are you joking guys !!!). I don't know what i can do anymore ........ Can someone have any idea or solution !!!

It likely wasn't the firmware update, but a Windows update that caused the issue. Hopefully you have the Bitlocker recovery key (which is in your MS account if you activated Windows that way). If not, hopefully you have a backup -- everything I've seen says the only way out is a complete reinstall if you've lost or not recorded the key.
