Can not change bios to boot from flash drive

I created a Flash drive with an 'ISO' file in there for an alternate boot. I press F12 on power up to select the boot drive.

The Bios comes up to select the drive. But it does not look like past computers I have had. Here is a photo of all the options I have....

I have moved the given choices around to various positions, but the Flash drive will not be recognized and boot up.
