Cannot find AHCI controller in uefi boot setting
Cannot find ahci controller in uefi boot sequence for r650. But when i setup back to BIOS for boot setting and perform OS installation, and go back to UEFI boot sequence, it can detect that ahci controller. Not sure why it cannot detect the ahci controller in uefi boot setting before OS installation. Any ideas?

The answer is likely configuration-specific, but you'd be better off asking in the PowerEdge server forum -- you've posted this to the XPS notebook forum.
Most UEFI boot sequences show only hardware with UEFI-bootable operating systems attached -- if you connect a blank flash drive, or instance, or media that's not UEFI-bootable like a CD/DVD disc, it won't show in the boot sequence.
